Web meetings are held using Microsoft Teams which is a secure encrypted video conferencing service. The meetings are recorded. The recording will be stored on SPWA’s servers in a secure format but not available to be shared.

During the course of this meeting personal health information as defined by HIPAA will be discussed. All parties to this meeting are expected to take reasonable precautions to prevent Protected Health Information (PHI) from being overheard or viewed by people not authorized to have access to it.
